Google Plus is taking off and I believe it will be the first real threat to Facebook. After checking out Google Plus I quickly realized that I really enjoyed the new features that it offered. So, I have been looking into how I can grow my network.
The first part of that is getting together a vanity URL that’s pretty memorable for Google Plus. That’s when I found a service called gplus.to
It allows you to create an easy to remember URL that you can share with friends, family, business associates and much more to direct them to your Google Plus account.
Here’s how you get started…
Step 1. I basically you need a Google Plus account.
Step 2. Grab your Google Plus account ID number. You can find this by going to your profile page and copying the account ID from your profile URL. Check out the picture below…
Step 4. Then you will select a user ID and clicked submit. That will allow you to now have a URL that’s easy to remember and easy to recite. Mine is… http://Gplus.to/ShannonHerod
