How to Create a Gmail Filter

Yesterday I did a video about how to backup your WordPress blog. In that video I said I would show you how to create a filter in your Gmail account so you can have your backups sent to you daily without having to go through the hassle of deleting the e-mails or storing them every single day.

There are many different uses for this feature, I am just showing you one. So, make sure you do not skip over this tutorial. Not only can you use it for your WordPress backups, but you can use it for many other things as well.

If you are not using Gmail for your e-mail account, I would highly suggest it. It is a very functional e-mail client that will allow you to do many different useful things to help sort and organize your e-mails.

If you’re a busy marketer like I am, I am sure you have a ton of e-mail in your inbox every day. So, I hope you enjoy the video tutorial :-)

I noticed on your offer at the bottom of the page you used the wording “I am a wordpress expert and I do not want to continue to learn”. Let me tell you I find this demeaning, combative, and almost nasty in the way you present it.
I am bombarded with emails every day with 99% of them asking me to buy something or their offers are things I have seen for months now. I find having to deal with these emails on a Sunday really distasteful because I am not allowed a break to catch up or even get ahead in what I am trying to do myself. To even hint at something that is completely out of wack such as what you wrote at the bottom of that offer “I am a wordpress expert and do not want to continue to learn, leaves me seething. Understand I am not online to make you rich, I am online to make me rich, and if I do not accept your offer, you can be rest assured their is a valid reason in my mind why I didn’t. Eventually I think we could do business together and I could learn from you but I can assure you that I will not if I ever see that line again.

about Paul comments, people like to buy, but don’t like to be sold. I also think that an expert always wants to learn more and can show he applies what he learned.
