This provision also includes, but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups.

Any affiliate found to be using SPAM to promote any of our websites will be terminated immediately and reported to the correct authorities.

3: FTC Compliance:

As an affiliate, you are required to promote this product in accordance to the FTC rules. It is your responsibility to research the requirements of the rules and follow them.
