Three-Day 60 Mile Breast Cancer Awareness Walk

Hello and welcome to the blog.  Today I’d like to talk something that is very close to my heart.  Last year I lost our father of lung cancer and have been devastated every sense

You see my father was only 49 years old when he passed away of lung cancer.  In my opinion it is way too young for anybody.  Well, today I ran across a post in the Warrior Forum I spoke about a woman who is raising money for a three-day 60 mile breast cancer awareness walk.

I think that is totally awesome that people are out there sledding and walking and raising money to help cure a terrible disease.  Anyway my point is, I made a low contribution, and would like to help get the word out about this charitable walk

I made a quick video talking about it and have also put the link underneath the video.  I also have copy and pasted a poem my wife put together on a plaque after my father passed away.

If you can please go and help this young lady out to meet her goal.  Also if you have a loved one you would like to share a story about please make sure to comment below.

This Is the Poem about My Father

God took the strength of a mountain,

The majesty of a tree,

The warmth of a summer sun,

The calm of a quiet sea,

A generous soul of nature,

The comforting arm of the night,

The wisdom of the ages,

The power of the Eagles flight,

The joy of a morning in spring,

The faith of a mustard seed,

The patients of eternity,

The debt of a family need.

Then God combine these qualities.

When there was nothing more to add,

He knew his masterpiece was complete,

and so, he called it… “Dad!”

    Hi Shannon

I’m truly sorry to hear that you lost your father to cancer. It is evident that you enjoyed a very close relationship with him.
My heart goes out to those who needlessly suffer the loss of a loved one to cancer….or any disease for that matter…

There are a lot of caring people out there who are willing to donate their time and resources toward discovering a cure for cancer, diabetes, etc. [long list], and they should command a special helping of kudos and respect…they sure have mine :)

However…it is incumbent for me to say that it is a lot of time, energy, and resources wasted…mis-directed love if you will…and I’ll tell you why:
The answer to cancer already exists…and is duly recorded for anyone to discover for themselves…but the pharmaceutical industry [cartel] and the American Cancer Society [etc] don’t want you to know about it[$$$$$]…Indeed they are actively working to suppress such “quackery”.

If you are still with me, I want to tell you a true story on my home front:

I have a good friend who lives close by. His sister came to him one day in tears. She was a mom…young…in her thirties. She had breast cancer and colon cancer…quite advanced…and indeed, she was dying.
She was told by the medical authorities that there was no hope for her…she was devastated.

My friend told her not to worry…he told her that her cancer was easy to take care of!

He told her what she needed to do, but she was too financially challenged to afford what he had suggested.

My friend said that he would cover the cost(s) of what she needed to deal with her cancer.

He said it would be cheaper for him to pay for the items she required to get well, than it would be to pay for a flight to attend her funeral not to mention the time lost in his business.

So he told her he was getting a bargain :)

She giggled for the first time in a long time through her tears.

Well, to make a long story short, less than one month later there
was no trace of both the breast and colon cancer….Yes, you read that correctly…”ONE” month!

This is not the only overcoming-cancer-success story that I have been privy to…but enough said.

Personally, I would be very upset to know that my father didn’t have to die of cancer…but most people just simply won’t believe that’s possible because it’s too painful and/or the brainwashing has been too effective….victims of loss would rather believe a lie, buy in to the tales of the reigning medical authorities [after all they did everything they could: maim, burn, poison and mutilate], and blame God for taking their loved one away.

Yes, a little strong…but, if the shoe fits…

    Regards,

    Gary

    Hey Gary,

Thanks for the comment. I also believe things can be handled without medicine, but I would be hard pressed to go the natural route and not the medical route unless it was my last option.

Yes I am upset that my father died from this disease, but to seat around trying to point finger and say I should of, or I would of…

Well, is just a waste of time and would accomplish nothing but deeper heartache.

I am really happy to hear about the recovery of your friend!
